Excellent from start to finish. They installed pavers of our choosing around our patio, and a 10 by 10 covered pergola with pavers. The owner and/or foreman checked with us every day. The owner came out for a quote on the same day for 3 trees to be trimmed. Him and his team are very friendly, professional and easy to talk to. BV Lawn Care performed a cleanup on our yard this week and we are absolutely thrilled! Not only was their crew and work of excellent quality, done conscientiously; but their responsive and clear communication from the very first time we contacted Billy to the post-service follow up was superior to that of any service company we have encountered. One of our dogs tore apart our backyard faucet; water gushing from the damage. Reached out to BV for emergent assist. While we did get the water turned off, Billy had Carl dispatched to our house, who arrived in less than an hour. Carl had the repair completed & water restored to our home within 2 hours. He replaced the old pvc riser & fittings with copper & brass, used stronger couplings, & ensured it was more securely mounted to the outside wall. We used BV last year for another outside plumbing issue. We received the same timely, courteous service this time as last & we are grateful for their quick response.

Billy, Nick, and team did an amazing job trimming bushes, fixing my irrigation system, cleaning, laying about 11 tons of gravel. It was a full days work and they worked hard. At the end we walked though all the work done and Nick explained to me a lot about the types of tress/bushes/shrubs etc… that I have and how best to care for them. The Arizona land scsape is all new to me. Billy walked me through my irrigation system explaining how it works and why I might have had a leak. Also new to me. Very happy with the work and attention to detail. I am considering them for monthly landscaping/gardening and highly recommend this team.

My back yard looks fantastic; all the weeds removed, ground was raked over where the weeds were pulled out; they used a blower to clear all the leaves! They know exactly who this is and if they push to remove this report again… I fell for that stuff about being a member of the chamber of commerce in town- that’s how they get to charge twice as much as the other contractors. I loved that tree. So did my neighbors. Now it cannot be replaced because it will be an unmitigated fortune to excavate the enormous root system it left behind. I learned one good lesson about alleged arborists- just because they charge the most money does not mean they are even remotely adept at their jobs! Inept is more like it!

I generally do my own lawn care but because of recent shoulder surgery I wasn’t able to do it. I’ve have used BV Lawn Care twice now and have been exceptionally pleased both times. This last time I had Nick and Kevon do the work. They were the consummate professionals. They showed up on time and my property looked like a well manicured park when they were finished. (see photos) They also fixed 4 different leaks in my irrigation system which is certainly above and beyond. I couldn’t have been happier with BV Lawn Care, Nick and Kevon and highly recommend them.
Nick and his team were quick to responds and quick at removal. We had a bad storm at 6am, snapping a tree. BV was at the house at 10am removing the tree. 🤯 Another tree over grown leaning towards house was recommended to not do damage to house. Due to amount of first tree in truck.
